We are closing our Chevy Chase office March 9th, 2020 and will be relocating to Rockville starting March 12th, 2020. All appointments booked after the 9th will be serviced at our Rockville location!

For all new clients and retuning clients bookings must be completed online or in the studio if a card is attatched to your account. We are no longer accepting bookings over the phone! You may call during our business hours to request more information about our services but will be sent a direct link to our booking site if you do not have a card attatched to your account. Voucher users are only allowed to redeem their voucher for the same service ONCE, we will no longer accept two vouchers for the same service. In your groupon agreement it states you may purchase two vouchers but only one can be used per person, the other may be gifted to a friend. If you have any complications with this please contact Groupon for a return. For voucher users we have specific times that we accept vouchers, those hours are Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday between 11am-4pm. We do NOT accept vouchers on the weekends. If you book an appointment outside of the outlined times we reserve the right to alter or cancel your appointment with at least a 12 hour notice. We require that ALL voucher users put their voucher numbers in the note section of the appointment. If you book outside of our outlined times for voucher users and do NOT put in the notes that you are using a voucher you will be required to pay the difference (ie booked a Saturday at 10am for a facial valued at $120 - voucher price), to keep said appointment you will be required to pay the difference or will be charged a cancellation fee. If you are using a voucher and can only redeem on the weekends please send us an email or text and we will put you on our waiting list for your preferred time and will notify you within 24 hours of our availability for that Saturday or Sunday.
Cancellation and Late Policy
We require a 48 hour notice of a cancellation or reschedule for all appointments. You may send us a text message, give us a call or adjust or cancel your appointment in the link provided in your confirmation. We have a 5 minute grace period for all NEW clients and a 10 minute grace period for returning clients. For new clients you must complete an intake form which takes around 10minutes therefore arriving 5 minutes or more behind schedule will result in your appointment being voided. If you are using a voucher in this situation your appointment will be marked as a no show and you will be charged a cancellation fee for said appointment. This fee must be taken care of before we complete your service.
